The reason I'm thinking about cancelling the interview is that they sent me a "pre-interview form" to complete and send back to them. On the "pre-interview form" they ask about thirty really personal questions, like "What are you working to improve in your personal life? " and "How many overtime hours can you commit to per week? " even though this is a salaried position that will not pay me for working overtime. On top of that, the "pre-interview form" tells me exactly how to dress for the interview — not just "business attire" which I would expect, but details about my attire and even grooming (clean hair, washed clothing, etc. ) and the instructions "Please answer each interview question succinctly, finish your answer and wait for the next question. " Then it says DO NOT RAMBLE IN YOUR ANSWERS in all caps. I don't think these people deserve me. Should I just forget it, and cancel the interview? Thanks Liz!
